Dear Citizen:
16 years ago, in a day like today, some military men under the command of an individual called Omar Al-Bashir, has eliminated a legitimately elected government. And they established a dictatorship regime converting the leader of the command, the individual previously mentioned as head of the State. Hypocritically they called their coup " AL-INGAZ revolution " (the revolution of salvation), that means: to save the country from the destruction, to end the eternal civil war in the south, to improve the economy and to improve the living conditions in general for all Sudanese citizens.
In the beginning, many people who felt unsatisfied with the main political parties welcomed them. Because the traditional parties’ "games" were so boring, they talked too much and did nothing during many years. They've been interchanging seats since the Independence Day, but they couldn't improve the democracy. Since, they're like private companies: they just look for their interests and internally are not democratic, the president is always somebody from the family of the founder (his son, brother, cousin, nephew, etc). In addition, the corruption and the favouritism became as habitual practices. Nevertheless, some months later the people have repented because the new regime showed them its real face. Therefore, people call the coup "AL-INTIKAS" (setback) instead of "AL-INGAZ"(salvation).

The new regime has put the country under a state of emergency, suspended the constitution and the fundamental human rights, the democracy (the freedom of expression, the freedom of association, etc.) and the mass media were submitted to a total sensor.
the people who were fed up of the corruption and the favouritism in the democratic Era, have been astonished when they saw the new regime committing incredible injustices: massive dismissal in the public sector done openly under the slogan " Al-Salih Al-aam " (for the benefit of all). The regime dismissed all those who were seemed to be not loyal to it (those who don't share its ideology) so as not to convert the rest of the employees into opponents. Many doctors, Judges, high-ranking public officials, university lecturers, teachers, skilled labours, etc. they were either dismissed, imprisoned or murdered. And their positions were occupied by inexpert or inept people, but loyal to the dictator. The fear of loosing job made the people to act hypocritically imitating the dictator: dressed and looked like him, but mere appearance.

Unfortunately, the dictator's regime didn't limit to dismiss the political opponents from the public sector without any justification, but also murdered many: all those who seemed to be dangerous for it, according to its ill mind. So the immigration became the best alternative and the real salvation for many Sudanese to escape from the evilness of AL-INTIKAS. Today, there are Sudanese people wherever you go, even in Israel, something was unthinkable few years ago. Moreover, they acquire foreign citizenship as soon as they can, because the Sudanese passport under the dictator Omar Al-Bashir's regime has no prestige. And it established abusive taxes that hurt the immigrants too much. And the most outrageous thing for the taxes payers when they enter into Sudan they feel strangers in their own country, except those privileged and rich. And when they want to leave they suffer from the same torture.

The dictator destroyed the educational system: there are no materials, no investment and doesn’t estimate the work of the teachers because they receive their salary too late. The students in the public schools have to pay even the cost of chalks. And if a student is too poor to pay, then he or she will be move out of the classroom.
This injustice make the children of poor families devote themselves to work in whatever to help their family instead of studying. Nowadays, there are thousands of children-workers in Sudan: some work in public transport, selling some goods in local markets and living miserably in the street. All these things are happening today thanks to AL-INTIKAS regime's injustice and its careless towards the children and youth people, even though they are the future of the country. Due to different armed conflicts all around the country, the big cities, especially the capital, are filled with beggars and "street children". Moreover, schools in Sudan turned into military training centres.

Southern Sudan turned into a hell for the young people for years: the dictator declared "Al-Yihad" (holy war) so as to defeat the southern rebels, specially SPLM/A, led by Dr. John Garang, who next month, on July 9th will form a coalition government with the dictator Omar Al-Basher’s regime. Incredible but it's true. Many citizens (children, young people and elders) were pushed by this impostor regime, criminal and fake, assuring them the paradise. This kind of propaganda was for the innocent people who do believed on the regime Jihad theory, but it used intimidation and constraints methods to send wise people to the front. So as to keep the fire of the war alive, it used psychological propaganda: putting some videos taken from the field operation on TV. in which some high-ranking military officials and members of the regime's party who considered "martyrs" appear chanting and defying the death, wishing to die as "martyr" and invite the citizens to defend Islam and the nation. This kind of propaganda was repeated continuously day and night
While the dictator and his friends, their sons and relatives were living in a paradise, but in the earth. Obviously they didn’t send them to the South to die like common people and after use their tragedy to make war propaganda on TV.

In spite of all this campaign the regime couldn't defeat the rebel groups. Moreover, other new groups have arisen in the East, in the Centre (in Nuba's mountains) and in the West. All claimed justice, infrastructures and equality. The leader of the major rebel group in Southern Sudan raised the roof of his demands, asking for self-determination for his region, in the negotiation table to sign a truce. Obviously, the dictator roundly rejected it and chose the use of force to end the rebellion and defeat it in the battle’s field. But the disasters and the defeats came consecutively. And internal disputes in the regime has arisen between the dictator and his teacher, the regime’s ideologist ( Dr. Hassan Al-Turabi) This dispute reached its maximum level in 1999, then the dictator closed the parliament, declared the state of emergency and imprisoned his teacher, Dr. Hassan Al-Turabi, who pave him the way to come to power. As the matter of a fact, he (Dr. Hassan Al-Turabi was the most powerful man in the regime when he was imprisoned, but he was acting behind the curtain.
The dictator Omar Al-Bashir's party was called " National Islamic Front " (N.I.F). But after the clash between the founder of the party and his student, the dictator formed a new party called National Congress (N.C). He removed the adjective "Islamic" from the name of his new party, since, the National Islamic Front, his former party was associated with Jihad and atrocities in the South.

His teacher is more intelligent than him, because he formed another party and abandon the N.I.F party, as well. His new party is called Popular Congress (P.C) Moreover, Dr. Al-Turabi gave green light to his party to meet Dr. John Garang, the leader of the SPLM/A and to reach an agreement to solve definitely the civil war issue, accepting the right of self-determination for the South. And at the same time Dr. Hassan Al-Turabi advise youth people that there's no Jihad in the South, they die for Southern oil and nothing else. The dictator Omar Al-Bashir had no other choice than following the strategy of his teacher, declaring his readiness to meet Dr. Garang to negociate without previous conditions. All these things means that the dictator has no principals, he's just defending his interests and his power. And to destroy his enemy number one, which was his best friend and teacher, some years ago. So he accepted all Dr. John Garang's demands and after the signing of Naivasha Agreement, declared himself as peace's Pigeon, meanwhile his militias and his soldiers are committing Genocide in Darfur.

Actually, the dictator didn't sign peace, he assassin the peace and its pigeon.
He's using the same tactics that he used against the Southerners during years, arming Arab's paramilitary groups and their militias to commit all kind of atrocities in Darfur. Nevertheless, he’s shutting his mouth and kneels down to the Egyptians who are occupying a Sudanese territory, since 1992 (The Haliab's Triangle).
This wicked regime repeats the same song: we convert Sudan into an oil country, we make many refineries, roads, etc. as it was paid by it and not its duty to work for the country. The dictator never mentions the atrocities committed by his regime and its dogs against the Sudanese citizens. He forgot that the best investment is in the people, especially in the youth and family, that has been destroyed during these years. He pushed many people towards the death in the South, in the East and today in Darfur is doing the same.

The Nazi regime did a lot of good things for the German people: infrastructures,
Scientific and industrial development. But the entire world remembers it as synonymous to Auswich and the Genocide against the Jews, Gypsies, Negroes, etc. The history will record and remember the dictator Omar Al-Bashir's regime with Darfur Genocide that has committed against the indigenous tribes of Zaghawa, Fur, Massalit, etc. And the atrocities that it has committed in Southern Sudan, the assassination of many people in different regions of the country and its coward attitudes towards the Egyptian occupation of a Sudanese territory (The Halaib's triangle). All these serious crimes and cowardice will be enough to eclipse all good things that might be done by
this wicked regime of AL-INTIKAS during these sixteen years.

Dictator Omar Al-Bashir, if you had the minim dignity you should ask all the sudanese people for pardon and specially the darfurians and the southerners for the atrocities that your regime has committed and to resign. But unfortunately you have neither this kind of moral nor any dignity, because you continue manipulating the reality so as to get personal benefits and remain in power the longest time possible.

Dictator Omar Al-Bashir, the colonial regime did a lot of good things for our country, some of them continue up to the date giving fruits such as the agricultural project of Mashru'Al-Jazira, in Gezira State. Which was the principal source of hard currencies for the country before oil, the port of "Port- Sudan" in the Red Sea, "Gordon College", the University of Khartoum, most of the railway net, the majority of the big hospitals in the country and many schools and institutes, among other things. Consequently, if we judge the British colonial regime only by its good work, then we would say thousand times better than your regime, AL-INTIKAS. Nevertheless, if we mention the atrocities that it has committed against our people during many years and the humiliation that our grandparents supported, then we’ll call them criminals and thieves. And you are
coward, fake and hypocritical dictator. In each celebration you fell your mouth with so beautiful words like "Peace", "National dignity", etc. Having your hands stained with blood of innocent citizens who died in Darfur and in the South during many years.
and those who died in your houses of torture popularly known as "Biut Al-Ashbah", the ghosts' houses. Dictator Omar Al-Bashir, you’ve killed even the peace' pigeon, but you signed the Naivasha Agreement to maintain yourself in power. But remember that you are mortal and your friends Hitler and Mussolini are under the ground.
